List of documents for LLP
- Account Opening Form (duly signed by all Authorised Signatories with relevant seals)
- Customer Information Form(s) (CIF) of all Authorised Signatories and Partners, signed in individual capacities.
- LLP agreements since inception.
- Certificate of Incorporation.
- LLP declaration.
- List of all partners (including designated partners) with name, date of birth, and address.
- PAN of the entity.
- Registered Office address proof in the name of the entity.
- Communication address proof, if different from registered address.
